We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our busy Cardiff branch. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-established name in the construction recruitment industry, supported by a management team with over 50 years of combined experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including:
- Business Development: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Team Management: Recruiting, training, and mentoring branch staff to achieve performance goals.
- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the branch achieves its financial targets.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the branch.
This role offers a clear progression pathway to Directorship, including the opportunity to acquire company shares, making it an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious and results-driven.
The Package
- Base salary of £60,000 (wiggle room)
- Guarantee, commission, and team override structure.
