We’re already recognised as a leader in Cleantech and Greentech recruitment — now we’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to help us grow our T&D division.
The Role
We’re seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant – Transmission & Distribution to build and grow our T&D contract business. You’ll work with existing key accounts while developing new clients across power, grid, and infrastructure projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategy to grow our T&D freelance recruitment services.
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
- Placing white-collar professionals across design, project delivery, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Negotiating terms of business and managing the full contract recruitment cycle.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and opportunities in the energy and power sectors.
You’ll have full autonomy to grow your market — and once your desk is established, you’ll receive dedicated resourcing support.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in contract recruitment, ideally within Transmission & Distribution, Energy, or Construction.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of success placing technical or project professionals.
- Ambition, drive, and a desire to progress into leadership and Director roles.
