About the Company
We are working with an independent, design-led consultancy specialising in interior architecture, branding, and creative talent acquisition. The business partners with some of the most innovative studios and organisations in the creative sector, connecting skilled professionals with environments where they can thrive.
Due to continued growth and an upcoming project requiring the supply of multiple architects for a large-scale data centre development, they are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Architecture & Design to join the team.
This role is not a cold start — you will step straight into a high-demand project and play a key role in delivering top architectural talent.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Lead recruitment activity for architecture and design roles
- Manage delivery for a major data centre project, placing multiple architects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and outcomes
- Contribute to the growth of the architecture division
Two Career Path Options
1. Consultant (Kent-based)
Ideal for someone currently working in architecture recruitment who is ready to take the next step and build their own desk. Must have a solid understanding of the architecture sector and experience within an agency environment.
2. Senior Consultant / Team Lead (Kent or London)
Suitable for an established architecture recruiter who has previously built or managed a team, or someone ready to lead a new division. This route includes genuine long-term progression opportunities, including potential for shareholder status.
Location flexibility:
- Kent-based (perfect for those seeking a better work–life balance), or
- London-based, provided you are comfortable working autonomously and can travel to Kent for meetings when required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience recruiting within Architecture and/or Interior Design
- A strong understanding of the design and built environment sector
- Proven billing success within an agency setting
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ambition to grow a desk or lead a team
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
