Job Description

A specialist non-tech recruitment company based in central Canterbury are seeking experienced recruitment consultants to join their team. This position is Hybrid with 2 days working in the office and 3 from home. 

 

Selling Points

  • Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission of the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earnt £30,000 for this business you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high earning role.

Requirements

  • You will need at least 1 year of recruitment agency experience
  • You will have strong verbal communication and relationship building skills and have a positive attitude, an optimistic approach
  • You will have a strong desire to achieve and be successful and proven success in an area of your life whether that is work or extracurricular activities
  • You will be a strong written communicator with high level of problem-solving skills and situational judgement
