The Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant – Civil Engineering
Are you a motivated white-collar Recruitment Consultant looking to focus your expertise on one of the most diverse and high-impact sectors in the built environment?
Join our Building Contracting division, recruiting Civil Engineers working on residential housing projects, including groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction. You’ll work with major contractors, consultancies, and public-sector clients delivering high-value projects that shape the UK’s and international infrastructure landscape.
This is your opportunity to place technical professionals on projects with lasting impact while building strong, long-term client relationships and maximising your earning potential.
Typical Roles You’ll Recruit
- Geotechnical Engineers (site preparation, foundations, soil analysis)
- Structural Engineers (RC design, beams, columns, slabs)
- Site / Construction Engineers (supervision of excavation, formwork, concrete pouring)
- QC / Materials Engineers (testing, compliance, quality assurance)
- Project & Site Managers
- Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Managers
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE
- Commission: Up to 30% of total billings – No threshold
