Our client is an established White-Collar Construction recruitment consultancy specialising in the UK and Australian markets. The business has developed a strong reputation within the commercial interiors sector by building close, long-term relationships with contractors and specialist SMEs.
Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Commercial Fit-Out team and manage a specialist recruitment desk covering London.
A Genuine Warm Desk
You will inherit an established desk with:
- Existing clients and live vacancies.
- An extensive database of specialist candidates.
- Established relationships with leading commercial fit-out contractors.
- Regular preferred supplier and PSL agreements.
- Immediate opportunities to generate revenue.
- Access to leading recruitment technology and sourcing tools.
This is not a cold start. The desk has strong foundations, allowing you to concentrate on developing relationships, filling current vacancies and growing an already established client portfolio.
The Role
You will recruit White-Collar Construction professionals across:
- Site Management
- Project Management
- Commercial Fit-Out
- CAT A and CAT B Fit-Out
- Refurbishment
- Fast-Track Workplace Projects
- Design and Build
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying opportunities to expand established accounts.
- Taking detailed vacancy requirements.
- Sourcing and approaching Site Managers and Project Managers.
- Building and maintaining a strong specialist candidate network.
- Screening candidates and confirming their suitability and availability.
- Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Negotiating rates and overseeing successful placements.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and temporary workers.
- Developing your profile within the London commercial interiors market.
About You

You should have:
- Previous Construction, Fit-Out or Built Environment recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage and develop an established desk.
- A commercially focused and results-driven approach.
- Confidence working independently without micromanagement.
- The motivation to maximise your earning and career potential.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission of up to 45%.
