The Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant – Construction
Are you an experienced white-collar Recruitment Consultant ready to build and manage a profitable permanent desk within the construction industry?
This is a fantastic opportunity to focus on Residential Main Contractors and Developers (such as Berkeley, Barratt, and Taylor Wimpey) or Major Contractors (including Mace, Kier, Wates, Multiplex, and McLaren).
You’ll recruit for commercial and operational roles across project delivery, working with established clients in one of the most dynamic sectors in UK construction.
Typical Roles You’ll Recruit
- Project Managers & Site Managers
- Quantity Surveyors & Commercial Managers
- Design Managers & Technical Coordinators
- Construction Managers & Engineers
- Contracts Managers
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE
- Commission: Up to 30% of total billings (no threshold)
- Hybrid Working: Work from home every Friday
