Apex Resources is continuing to grow and is seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join its Watford Hertfordshire office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with autonomy.
The Role
As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and winning new business across the UK construction market.
- Recruiting within Trades, Civils, M&E, or Fit-Out.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing the complete 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality temporary, contract and permanent candidates.
- Growing and developing your own client portfolio.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
You will have the freedom to build your own desk and make your mark within a supportive and ambitious recruitment business.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience.
- A successful track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
- Recruitment experience within one or more of the following construction sectors:
- Trades and Labour
- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure
- Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)
- Fit-Out and Refurbishment
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A driven, self-motivated and target-focused approach.
- The ambition to develop your career with a business that recognises and rewards success.
