Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven background in the Fire Protection sector.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant with experience recruiting across Active and Passive Fire Protection disciplines. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing skilled professionals across a wide range of construction projects, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Public Assembly Buildings, and High-Rise developments.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in Fire Protection recruitment, excellent business development skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. A solid understanding of the Fire Protection market and its key disciplines is essential.

The Role
Working closely with the Lead Recruiter for Passive Fire Protection, you’ll take ownership of Active Fire Protection (AFP) recruitment across the UK. This includes sourcing and placing:
- Engineers and designers for fire alarms and suppression systems
- Technicians and installers
- Inspectors and compliance professionals
- Project managers and fire safety officials

Package
- £35,000 to £45,000 basic (DOE)
- Commission up to 35%
