We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established Watford office and help expand our Industrial and Logistics Division across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with genuine autonomy.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and winning new business across the UK industrial and logistics markets.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing the complete 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
- Recruiting temporary, contract and permanent personnel.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
- Growing and developing your own client portfolio without regional restrictions.
- Delivering excellent customer service while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
You will have the freedom to build your own desk within a non-KPI-led, entrepreneurial environment, supported by an established nationwide recruitment business.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience.
- A successful track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A driven, self-motivated and commercially focused approach.
- The ability to manage your desk independently.
- The ambition to develop your career with a business that recognises and rewards success.
