Apex Resources is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Industrial Division at our Lincoln office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with autonomy.
The Role
As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and winning new business across the industrial market.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing the complete 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality temporary and permanent candidates.
- Growing and developing your own client portfolio.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
You will have the freedom to build your own desk and make your mark within a supportive and ambitious recruitment business.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience.
- A track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
- Experience recruiting within one or more of the following sectors:
- Industrial
- Warehousing
- Logistics
- Production
- Manufacturing
- Maintenance
- Facilities Management
- Hospitality
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A driven, self-motivated and target-focused approach.
