The Opportunity
This is a full 360 recruitment role combining international business development, client management and candidate resourcing.
You will develop relationships with organisations operating across international technology markets while identifying and placing specialist IT professionals into contract and permanent assignments.
Previous IT recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Hanson Regan welcomes applications from successful agency recruiters across all sectors who are interested in moving into a higher-value global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, networking and industry events.
- Building relationships with prospective clients across international markets.
- Developing existing accounts and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Taking detailed vacancy requirements and advising clients on market conditions.
- Sourcing specialist IT professionals through internal databases, job boards, advertising, referrals and headhunting.
- Screening candidates and presenting suitable shortlists.
- Coordinating interviews and managing offer negotiations.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Attending national and international client meetings.
- Achieving agreed revenue and performance targets.
About You
You should have:
- Proven agency recruitment experience.
- A stable employment history.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence approaching prospective clients.
- Experience managing the complete recruitment process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commercial, self-motivated and results-focused approach.
- The flexibility to travel for UK and international client meetings.
