This is an excellent opportunity for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join a boutique consultancy that supplies mid to senior-level personnel to the European Manufacturing & Engineering sectors.
A high-value sector, you will work on £100,000 to £200,000 permanent assignments, including Heads of Manufacturing, Global Lean Managers, Operations Managers, Logistics Managers, etc., with average fees of £19,000 per placement!
Work in a meritocratic environment and be financially rewarded with a commission structure that pays out 30% of billings!
What are we looking for?
- 2 years + experience of managing a permanent recruitment desk within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar sectors.
- Strong 360 new business development skills.
- Team player & ambition to take career to next level.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Compensation and Benefits include:
