Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint two Recruitment Consultants to join their Bromley office.
Whether you're an ambitious consultant with one year's recruitment experience or a more established recruiter looking to accelerate your career, this is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside two highly experienced Directors while building a successful desk within one of the construction industry's most respected specialist recruitment businesses.
The Opportunity
Working directly alongside the company's two Directors, you'll gain access to an extensive network of Tier 1 contractors, specialist subcontractors and international clients.
This is a genuine opportunity to build a highly profitable desk recruiting white collar professionals across the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Highways, Rail and Utilities sectors.
You'll have the flexibility to focus on permanent, contract or a dual desk, allowing you to maximise your billings, earnings and career development.

The Role
- Recruit white collar professionals across Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Highways, Rail and Utilities.
- Develop long-term relationships with contractors, consultancies and engineering businesses.
- Build and manage permanent, contract or dual recruitment desks.
- Develop existing client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
- Source, interview and place high-calibre construction professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Build your own specialist market and personal brand.
About You
This opportunity would suit an ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking to build a long-term career within specialist construction recruitment.
You'll have:
- A minimum of one year's recruitment experience within White Collar Construction, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Rail or Utilities recruitment.
- Experience managing permanent, contract or dual-desk recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and account management.
- A commercial mindset with the ambition to maximise your earnings.
- The desire to progress into senior leadership as your career develops.

Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 - £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Excellent two-tier uncapped commission structure:
- 25% commission on all monthly billings above a £5,000 threshold.
- 30% commission on all monthly billings above £35,000.
