The Opportunity: French-Speaking Recruitment / Delivery Consultant
We’re seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our expanding London team, managing a warm permanent desk currently billing over £200,000 per annum, with huge potential for growth.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team of native French speakers, operating in your language day-to-day while reporting to an English-speaking manager.
This role is open to recruiters from any sector background — whether you’re a 360 consultant or an experienced delivery consultant ready to take the next step.
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE
- Commission: Up to 40% with no threshold
- Hybrid Working: Flexible London-based role

Who We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience in any sector
- Fluent French (native or business fluent) and strong English communication skills
