Independent recruitment agency for construction and transport to industrial and Soft FM & Office Support personnel is seeking an experienced Resourcer to join a busy Driving & Industrial team.
Key duties will include:
- Resourcing of temp HGV/LGV Drivers, Van, Minibus & Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Picker Packers & Freezer Operative etc. for client requirements.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
- Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals, and advertising.
- Referencing and checking workers have RTW/PPE to be on-site.
- Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates.
Person skills:
- Previous resourcing experience (all sector considered).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Consistent working history.
