REC2 Recruitment is partnering with a growing specialist recruitment business supplying personnel to the electronic Fire and Security industry. Due to continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or Delivery Consultant to join its team in Romford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with either a permanent or temporary recruitment background who enjoys finding specialist candidates, building relationships and developing detailed market knowledge.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will focus on sourcing, engaging and managing high-quality candidates while supporting Recruitment Consultants with permanent and temporary vacancies.
You will recruit for positions including:
- Fire and Security Engineers
- Commissioning Engineers
- Service and Maintenance Engineers
- Installation Engineers
- Project Managers
- Sales and Business Development professionals
- Operations and Contracts Managers
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and headhunting specialist candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate networks.
- Advertising vacancies across appropriate job boards and online platforms.
- Screening, qualifying and registering suitable candidates.
- Managing the candidate journey from initial approach through to placement.
- Matching candidates with suitable permanent and temporary vacancies.
- Maintaining regular contact throughout the recruitment process.
- Generating referrals and recommendations from your candidate network.
- Developing detailed knowledge of the Fire and Security market.
- Maintaining accurate records on the recruitment database.
- Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to deliver successful appointments.
About You
Applications are welcomed from Recruitment Resourcers and Delivery Consultants with either a permanent or temporary recruitment background.
Previous Fire and Security recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
You should have:
- Previous recruitment industry experience.
- Strong candidate-sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- The ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- A motivated, organised and commercially aware approach.
- A relationship-focused style and the ability to build trust quickly.
- An interest in developing specialist industry knowledge.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience.
- Bonus potential of £10,000–£12,000.
- 25–30 days’ annual holiday.
