Hill & Hill is looking for an experienced construction recruiter to join its Marylebone office. You will work within a relaxed, high-trust environment without micromanagement or unnecessary KPIs, supported by an experienced team that will give you the platform to succeed.
The Opportunity
This role is suitable for a self-sufficient recruiter with experience of either the temporary or permanent construction market.
You will have the freedom to manage and develop your own desk, build lasting client relationships and grow your business without being restricted by a rigid corporate structure.
About You
Hill & Hill is looking for someone who:
- Has recruitment experience within the construction sector.
- Can independently manage and develop a successful recruitment desk.
- Has a proven ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Is commercially focused, self-motivated and confident generating new business.
- Values autonomy, trust and recognition for their performance.
- Wants progression based on results rather than internal politics.
What’s on Offer?
- Basic salary of £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience.
