A fast-growing independent with offices in Kent, Berkshire, and Birmingham is seeking a Senior T&L Recruiter to manage the Bristol office.
Supported by a management team with over 30 years of construction recruitment experience, you will be responsible for covering all aspects of the new branch, from business development, recruiting, and training staff to budgeting & forecasting.
Long-term growth plans include opening branches across the SW of the UK, with the incumbent taking the position of Regional Director.
The best blue-collar commission structure in the UK!
· £4k - £15k = 22.5% of billings
· £15k + = 25% of billings
Salary to £40,000 + 6 MTHS Guarantee + Company Car + Benefits +
