Higher Success are a specialist Rec2Rec hiring recruiters for agencies, RPO's and inhouse. As a business we have over 100 clients and over 25 years of recruitment experience between our two directors mostly in the Rec2Rec space. Most of our positions are in Kent and London.

As a business we focus on Language Speakers, trainees, resourcers, delivery consultants, consultants and principal consultants. We also take on work to headhunt for specific vacancies and projects e.g. new office builds, manager and director level positions, Internal recruitment and talent team builds, academies

Higher Success also offer talent advisory services to provide guidance on hiring recruiters from salary bandings to strengths interviewing/ process design. We are also Level A and B psychometric trained and can provide a variety of ability, personality and language testing to aid your hiring process.

All trainees that are hired via Higher Success are given a Level 4 recruitment diploma course with many people choosing to complete this before their start date, giving them a head start on the recruitment landscape and key terminology and context to aid their success.
