Introduction to MKH Search

Established in late 2019, we are a US-focused construction search firm managing assignments for construction companies ranging from small, $50 million contractors, through to some of the globe’s largest construction and engineering companies with global revenues of $10 billion or more. Since we established the business in late ‘19, we have grown to 23 employees, including 20 based in the UK and 3 in the Philippines. We are still at the very beginning of our journey; our vision is to become the top mid-senior level staffing firm in the U.S. built environment sector, with over 250 talented recruiters who can identify candidates capable of significantly contributing to our customers’ success, ranging from field-focused hires such as Superintendents or ProjectEngineers, through to as executive leadership positions.

We firmly believe that the best talent, especially in talent-scarce  markets like construction, is simply not applying for jobs online or easily available. Our belief is that these individuals need to be unlocked, and our business is engineered to achieve this. Our search methodology incorporates elements of the philosophy embraced by executive search firms, while also making use of  strategies commonly employed by expanding contingent firms.  We believe that presents our people with an opportunity to accelerate their career swiftly, while also learning the art of search and all the value that brings.
